Dear Mr. Moll:

I have looked at your modifications to my article and they all seem to be
improvements, except, perhaps, the removal of specific names of magazines
and wire services, but I suppose this is in conformity with some policy.

I have only three suggested changes.  First, the word "hardcopy" in my
manuscript might be replaced with the word "printing" to reduce the jargon
level  Second, on page 5, line 6, the word "with" which you have crossed
out is still required.  Third, ARPA stands for Advanced Research Projects
Agency.

The paper is offered for publication at the $200 price we agreed to on
the telephone.
